THIS IS FOR PERSONS WHO ARE INSIDE OF CANADA, OR ARE OUTSIDE OF CANADA WITH A FRIEND OR RELATIVE WHO IS INSIDE OF CANADA.  THE TOPIC FOR THE 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION WOULD ONLY RELATE TO REFUGEE MATTERS OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CBSA LETTER ABOUT ADMISSIBILITY, OR DEPORTATION MATTERS.  The agreed upon time and date of the consultation will be the time when the consultation will take place. Chaudhary Immigration Law Professional Corporation agrees to discuss your case but reserves the right to decide whether or not to take on your case if you, the client, agrees to the subsequent terms which will be in a retainer agreement.  Two questions can be posed within seven days of the consultation if related to the subject matter of the consultation.  A summary of the consultation is available for an additional fee.
