I had a very bad experience with a previous immigration counselor who messed my applications, which turned very complicated. Thankfully Arvin took over my application and he was able to reverse the situation. My application went through successfully. Arvin was very patient and professional. All our queries and concerned were answered promptly. We were updated accordingly and we were guided professionally throughout the process.
